Former Theatres (2)

While in the previous post a Theatre became a Hard Rock Café, in this case it became a wonderful Citizen's Shop (Loja do Cidadão), where people may handle many of the bureacratic papers imposed by the Law!!! And it is open on Saturdays too!!!... YES!!!...

Beautiful building. It's wonderful the bureacracy works so well. That's very unusual.

Clueless in Boston: the bureaucracy works better than it used to. But it is still bureacracy. Endless papers, forms, stamps, endless cards and numbers... It's awful!... But it is better...
