MB, the «mustashiod man» on the prow is Romanian King Mircea cel Bătrân. LOL for the expression «mustachiod»!!!

He reigned between 1386 – 1418 and was one of the most important rulers of Wallachia, now Romenia.

The byname "elder" was given to him after his death in order to distinguish him from his grandson Mircea II ("Mircea the Younger").

Starting in the 19th century, Romanian historiography has also referred to him as Mircea the Great (cel Mare).
